Yoga + Movement Research is a contemporary technique class that uses principles from yoga and release technique as a launching pad to explore larger movement phrases. 

Class begins with gentle centering exercises to integrate core movement patterns, breath-support and embodied awareness. Progressions include finding the relationships between fall and rebound, articulation and flow, momentum and kinetic range.
