SEPTEMBER 9, 16, 23, 30
Join us for a weeklong Community Workshop in the somatic practice of The Feldenkrais Method: Awareness Through Movement with certified instructor, Kim Greenberg.
The Feldenkrais Method can help free us from unnecessary habitual patterns and enable new, more effective ways of moving and feeling to emerge. Students are guided through a sequence of gentle movements. By moving slowly and paying attention, students will discover new movement possibilities and patterns. This results in more efficient movement, reduction of aches and pains and an increased sense of self-awareness.
*Note: Please bring a yoga mat.
Prepay online for the entire week or pay at the door. We accept cash, credit, or check made payable to New Dialect.
There is no pre-regristration required for class. Doors open at 9am. Class ends at 11. Please be sure to arrive with enough time to sign in and warm up before class begins.
